Prof. Mohd Rafique have 30 years of teaching  experience in department of physics in various higher education institutions of repute and around 6 years of administrative experience as principal  in colleges and Chaiperson in  higher  Education Institution of  repute. Prof Mohd Rafique had been member of Executive  council ,member of academic council Gurugram university Gurugram, member of academic  council M. D. University  Rohtak  and co-coordinator on behalf of Haryana  Government  during  establishment  of central  university  Haryana at Mohindergarh.
